To Alice’s WonderlandEverything has a beginning. A tiny sprout can spring from anything: an article, a film, the slogan of a commercial, a job ad, or the casual remark of a friend. We don’t even suspect that a seed was planted, but it is already there, germinating in the soil. Afterward, it can be challenging to remember how a particular idea had occurred to us. Why did we want to act the way we acted? Because it was already created in us. Then the seed breaks through. It springs to life. Nothing could ever be born without that first idea. And somehow, that tiny seed is always dropped by a little bird.
