I knock softly at the Chief’s door, as in an instant, the door goes open, but instead of me to receive Chief Kane, I’m met with a familiar pair of orbs that seem to soften as they lay eyes on me.
“Atheena...” I call her name with a smile now on my lips. “What are you doing here?” I ask her.
“Well it seems, I also need to be coming for a briefing once in a while now.” Atheena tells me with a sarcastic tone, and I chuckle lightly at her fiery nature. “What about you?” She ask me. “Let me guess, briefing also?” Atheena guesses and I chuckle at her correctness.
