Chapter 43 The next morning, I awoke, my naked body nestled against my mate. My head was laying upon his chest. I didn’t want to wake him, so I just listen to the calming sound of his strong heartbeat. I needed all the help I could to settle my nerves. Today was the day I would face Luna Williams again. I would tell my story to the Pack council and my kidnapper’s sentence would be decided. It wasn’t that I was scared, it was the opposite. I was worried that when I saw Luna Williams again, I wouldn’t be able to contain my rage. I could feel Scarlett bubbling with anger. It wouldn’t take much for her to come out. We would rip that woman from limb to limb if given the chance. I was also concerned that Joey or Aidan might so the same. I didn’t want one of them to be in trouble
