Camilla’s POV
Apep? There’s no way that I can see Apep, he’s supposed to be dead.
Looking around, I tried to jolt myself awake but that was when it dawned on me, I have no control over this world that I’m in.
That was when I realized that I wasn’t having a nightmare but I was in another world, a dreamlike world where I will be able to see and communicate with Apep.
My body shook and the hair at the back of my neck stood as I took in every feature of the beast-like man in front of me. He was in his dragon form but I didn’t get to enjoy that before he shifted into his human form.
For someone who’s supposed to be dead for many years, Apep sure does look good and now I can begin to see what that witch saw before she fell in love with him.
