Braxton led me to Aiden's office. We figured that since he is the alpha enforcer and I’m the head warrior, we should be involved in the meeting about extending the Alliance.
After all, having an ally is about protection. And that’s what Braxton and I provide: protection.
Without knocking, Braxton walked right into Aiden’s office. Aiden was seated behind his desk, and Alpha Carson sat across from him.
“What is going on?” Aiden asked, looking up at us.
“Nothing. I just think it’s better if I’m in this meeting. It could affect my patrols,” Braxton replied.
Aiden gave Braxton a look. “Fine. Let me guess, Easton is with you since he’s the head warrior?” Aiden asked.
“Yep,” Braxton said, pulling a chair up to Aiden’s desk.
