It's 6:00 pm...

I woke up from my bed and went outside my room to see whether everyone was home.

I'm walking in the hall suddenly, I heard a noise from a corner of the room. I walked to see who it is? cause I know that no one staying in that room. I knocked on the door immediately the noise from the room stopped. I curiously bent down to see who's in there? 

Suddenly a hand touched my shoulder, I was startled and fell to the ground by closing my eyes, and screamed like hell. Hey, ya stop screaming it's me. 

I slowly opened my eyes and it's Lavanya. Aish, you scared me... I said in a panic.

What are you doing here? there is no one inside, it's a storeroom, we saw that room on the first day.

I just heard a noise from this room...

Aish, I said no one inside, that's why I always tell you not to see that thriller and horror movies but your little brain not listened to me.

Stop complaining about me I'm just curious...

Ok, ok fine give me your hand I'll help you...

No thanks, I said to Lavanya and got up from the floor and walked towards the kitchen cause I'm thirsty...

Hey, wait for me...

She followed me to the kitchen. In the kitchen, the old lady is cooking. I don't wanna bother her, I straightly walked to the fridge. I'm about to open it but she shouted from the back, don't touch anything here with your dirty hands. I was startled and looked at her. She said first go and wash your hands. I didn't say anything cause she is right.

I washed my hands and turned back to go fridge but that old lady standing in front of me by holding a water bottle. She gave me water and said with an angry tone, don't touch anything, when I'm here. If you want anything just ask me.

I said, ok to her... I don't know why? I didn't feel good about her but I shouldn't judge people without knowing about them.

Lavanya asked are you done drinking water? I said yup... Let's go from here she said by signaling with her eyes as the old lady looking at us. We went outside the kitchen. 

Why she is like that? I asked Lavanya. I also don't know she does not speak much Lavanya said.

I'm about to ask something but she cut off me and said don't think too much, come I'll show you what pictures I have taken today. We sat on the sofa watching the pictures and no one around us cause everyone is in their rooms. After some time Pruthvi came out and sat beside us and asked what are you doing? Lavanya said I'm showing her pictures. Can I see them? Pruthvi asked. Of course, Lavanya said and showed him too.

We are concentrated on the pictures suddenly I heard some footsteps noise then I looked backside. That old lady walking outside holding a lamp. I run outside by asking her where are you going? Lavanya and Pruthvi were startled by my sudden move. They both came to me asked what happened?  I said, the old lady went outside without informing us. Where is she? they asked. I think she is gone I said. Ok, let's go inside, we will ask her when she comes back home Pruthvi said.

We went inside and we were surprised to see the old lady was inside. What! why she is here?  She went outside in front of me I said. I think you imagined it Pruthvi said. 

My brain got heavy suddenly I don't know what's happening to me... I hold my head and I cannot see clearly what is in front of me, I'm becoming unconscious slowly, when I'm closing my eyes I saw a weird smile but I don't who is it?

I opened my eyes and looked around. I'm on my bed and Lavanya slept beside me by holding my hand and Pruthvi slept on the sofa. I watched the time and it is 2:00 am.

I'm feeling thirsty, I took the bottle which is kept on the table but unfortunately, there is no water in the bottle. To get the water I went to the kitchen, I opened the fridge and took the water bottle from it. I don't wanna drink there cause I'm scared to be alone there.

I'm walking in the hall suddenly I heard the noise from the same room from the evening. I wanna go and see but I don't dare to go. So I ignored it and started walking again. This time I heard someone knocking on the door from inside.

My heartbeat started fast, My heart saying don't go but my mind is not listening to it. Unknowingly my foot started stepping towards the door. The voice from my brain saying "open the door... open the door". I went near to the door then knocking from inside stopped. Now, I'm standing in front of the door. Suddenly I felt something touched my feet. I slowly looked down with fear.

And that was a key, which came inside from the room. I took the key and it seems like that room's key. Something saying from my back opened the door and get inside me. That voice hypnotized me that my brain totally decides to open the door. I slowly put the key in the door lock and the lock is opened.

I slowly opened the door then I was shocked and screamed as hell...

Vidya, what happened? wake up, Vidya, Vidya...

I opened my eyes and everyone was around my bed and watching me in tension. Lavanya hold my hand and asked me what happened? I don't know what's happening? Pruthvi came to me withholding the water bottle. He gave me water and I drank it. Lavanya asked everyone to go to their respective rooms except Pruthvi. After everyone left I was relaxed. 

Lavanya was about to ask something but Pruthvi cut off her and said give her some time. She didn't ask anything. They are watching me, to settle myself.  I don't know why but I want somebody to hold me so I hold Lavanya tightly. After some time I realized that that was a dream. I don't know why? dreams look so damn real.
