Mia POV

I open my eyes and look my around

It's a sort of cave, the place is in shadows

I don't reach to see any exit

How did I get here?

The last thing I remember is passing out in the middle of the wood

I only fell down in the ground, no this place for sure

The place is so dark, I walk in different direction crashing against the walls sometimes

This seems doesn't have any exit

This is getting on my nerves

I'm ok in closed spaces but the idea of being here closed forever make nerves come over me

But then I realize something I hadn't paid attention to

A breathing, there's somebody here

I sharpen my ear trying to find out where it comes from

But the sound seems to come from my b...

Shit

I turn around and a pair of shinning eyes look forward me

I take a step back, by his smell I could say it's a werewolf but I barely can see him

I just can see his eyes and feel his breath against my face

'Who are you?' I muttered

(Silence is what I got)

Perfect, first my gift don't show up and now I'm locked with this boy, not knowing how I got into this and not knowing how to get out either

The best birthday without a doubt - I think ironically

'What do you want from me?' I ask

'And what are we doing here? Did you bring me here?'

(Nothing again)

'For God sake, say something or if your plan is kill me, so do it once and for all' I shout

I hear a low laugh

Great, I'm getting insane and this asshole is enjoying the show

'OK, as you want, in view that I can't do anything else but wait for you to talk, cause I can't see any exit from here and it's so dark that I can't see, so I can't fight you either, I'll only sit here while you decide if have a word with me or gather the balls to kill me' I say sitting me down in Indian style while I wait for the jerk of my kidnapper decides if open his f*****g mouth or kill me

(Another laugh)

-This jerk-

'You're cute' he finally says

'Excuse me?!' I shoot, when he finally decides to open his mouth it's to say that shit

'What you heard, dear' he replies with hoarse voice

I turn my head sudden to where the voice came from

'Listen to me attentively big jerk, I suggest you to kill me now that you can, cause when I find the way to exit from this f*****g hole I'll kill you with my own hands, do you get that?' I explode

He laugh in a seductive way

'What are you laughing of, stinky wolf?' I fumed

'Uhgg?' He mumbled

'What part did you not understand?' I snap

'You shouldn't express that way about your kind my dear' he says calmly

'What are you talking about wolfie?' I ask confused for what he has just said

He keep quiet for a while

I could say he is shocked

'What was doing a cute thing like you alone in the middle of nowhere, anyway?' He solves by saying that

'Hold your mouth wolf' I threatened 'and about your question, that's not of your incumbency'

As crazy as this could sound but I feel as if I could trust everything to this stinky wolf

I feel I can say him everything about me, his voice makes me feel comfortable. His body give off a warmth that make me feel sure... save

I guess that's why I'm so calm right now

it's how I knew him from before

But that's impossible

'What do you want from me?' I ask again

'Sincerely, nothing. I only found you there lying on the ground, so weak... I felt the need to protect you, that's all' he confesses

'Why would a dirty wolf did sort thing for a vampire?' I ask, not understanding his reason

'I just told you, I only felt the need to do it, don't ask me why?' He replies sounding as confused as me

'Good, so assuming you tell the truth, what am I doing here still? Why you take me here like a prisoner though?' I inquired

He keeps speechless

'Hey you, wherever you are, answer me, why do you not let me go?' I irrupt

'You're free to leave' he simply says

'Ohhh yes big asshole, believe me when I tell you that if I had found the exit I'd had left this hole long time ago' I scuff

I hear him move and suddenly a big hole appears in one of the wall of the cave

Sun light comes through the hole, lighting up the cave, I turn around looking for the boy but it isn't there already

A cold feeling invaded my body... invaded my heart

I left the cave but before running out I turn to see the cave one more time, with hope to see the boy there but nothing

What make feel empty, how if that boy has taken a part of me with him

But I ignore the feeling and run back to house

This has been the weirdest hours in my life but... the most comfortable in his own way as well

Logan POV

I've been all the night in the wood looking for Mia 

I've searched each inch in this damn wood and she isn't anywhere 

It seem the earth swallow her up 

All of sudden howls sound in the distance 

Shit mia where are you?

I just hope she is ok 

The think of losing her make me goosebumps 

I make another run around the place 

But what I got was some growls from some wolf I found in my way 

I don't stop looking for her but when the sunrise comes I have no choose but come back to house

Mia POV

In my way to house I decide to see for something good to eat 

And then a big Bear appears in front my eyes 

That's exactly what I need 

I can already taste the savor of its blood in my mouth 

I approach it carefully to don't scare him 

And when I'm close enough, ready to attack, a howl scare him, running away from me 

'Damn wolfs' I growl low

Today is full moon so the wolfs are bothering even more than usually 

I try to find one more dam but it's fruitless 

The wolfs should have frightened them 

So I don't have more options than come back to house 

This useless wolfs, just work to be that 'useless'

When I reach home

Everything looks quiet

I open the main door and make my way to the stairs

But when I'm in half way someone pull of my arm

'Where the hell were you?' I fuming logan yells at me

I pull my arm from his hand, looking straight to him

'Since when I have to give you explication about what I do or don't?' I growl back but low to don't wake up anybody

'f**k mia, I was... everybody was worry to the hell for you' he mumbles

'I'm ok how you can see logan, don't be paranoid, beside I can take care of myself' I shot low to him

I thanks to him by being worry for me actually,  I'm not a b***h, even if I don't show them out, I have feelings like any people but if there's something that burst the hell out of me, something that drives me crazy is that anybody yell at me or try to control me

It just get on my nerves

'What about if you got attacked? You know today's full moon, the wolfs are hormonally these days'

What he said bring memories of what happened early to my mind, to be more specific memories of that wolf

It seems like I was out zoned cause when I come back to reality I find a desperate logan shaking my body

'What happen with you?' I explode

'That's what I should ask you' he says looking me with curiosity 'you were stunned like if you were remembering something… relevant?! I could say'

'It's nothing' I concluded

'What you say' he says, looking not very convinced of what I just said 'where were you anyway? I looked for you all the night until the sunrise, when I had to come back, I looked for in each inch of the zone but you weren't there, it seemed like the earth swallowed you' he says

So the memories of the cave come to my mind again

'In a secret place' I say turning around to where the stairs are and beginning walking to my room
