Chapter 7: Out of The Green Pass Forest

"Why are you generous to that person Amy, you could just take it for your own? No one will say anything." The axe warrior asked.

"Fred, don't talk about snatching here and there. That girl was a only a first level warrior aren't you feel ashamed thinking of killing someone who don't have the ability to fight back." Amy retorted. "Besides I had an intuition we might need her help in the future."

"Help? You're kidding, with our strength where do we need the help of someone weaker than us." Fred chortled.

Amy gave a deep look to Fred. She knew Fred had an impulsive and fire-tempered, and sometimes doesn't think for future things. His words are sometimes foul-mouthed which led to provoking disputes one after another.

"There are many ways a person can help another other than having strong strength. Always remember this Fred, and so to all of you." Amy looked to her other comrades. After speaking she turned and walked deeper to the Green Pass Forest the others looked at each other, shrugged and followed, afterall Amy is their leader.

As Lara left the group she felt elated. It was beyond her thoughts that the mage Amy was kind and thoughtful. She didn't feel any malice when they trade, so she's sure that there is no conspiracy about Amy's action. In the end it is still good. Lara felt gratitude to them.

She's no longer in a hurry after seeing the detailed information in the map, she can even pinpont her own location and see the easier path of going out the Green Pass Forest. The map also marked some dangerous place like cliff and swamp and some dangerous beast lair.

She also wore the clothes and shoes, thought she felt looking silly in the dress, but she must get used to this.

She put the remaining Star Spirit Fruits in the bag, and hang the dagger to her waist, so it is accesible when she needed it.

As fo the ten gold coins, she isn't sure if the currency of this world is copper, silver, and gold. She will fully understand this if she go to the market of the nearest town in the Green Pass Forest. As she had the map, she found that the nearest town is the Mirage Green Town which is a mile away of the edge of the forest.

Having now a certain destination, Lara is now at ease. Though she looks hurried, but one can see relaxation to her movements Lara sometimes picked up wild fruits along the way, she also picked plants that in her perception seems to be unusual.

Still when she was almost at the edge of the forest it is almost dark, so she decided to find a place to stay for the night. She chose a cave, lit a fire, and instead of roasting meat, she just had wild fruits for dinner. She didn't sleep instead she eat the Star Spirit Fruit and cultivate just like before. She guided the circulation of energy to her every part of the body and strengthen it. But she never felt the film like she felt before maybe the energy is not enough for her to make another breakthrough.

Though Lara still have seventeen pieces of the Star Spirit Fruit she didn't hastily take another one. She was just researching about her level 1 warrior strenght which she heard from Wendy, and if, she can make a another breakthrough but it seems it wasn't that easy.

Still for the night she spent, she felt that her enegy reserves grown and her flesh stronger and resilient. She tried to eound herself by the dagger but it just left a white mark on the skin. It looks like with the increase of level, the body was also forged to be resilient. She wonder how the strength of others with her same cultivation. What would the fight be like.

But she wasn't aware that her strength was way more compare to others. Her level 1 warrior strength is invincible to same rank, level 1 warrior and above level 2 warrior. She could even make a brief stand against level 3 warrior, and prioritizing escape, she could do so albiet with slight difficulty.

The night pass, and the dawn came. Lara opening her eyes from cultivating and with some slight preparations she hastened her footsteps and left the forest.

With her fast pace she made it out after an hour. Stopping, she looked back and looked at the towering trees, and she exhale. She started from this Green Pass Forest. Thinking of all the events that happened Lara felt overwhelmed. An unexplainable thing happened to her, but she has no one to confide. She wondered how far will she go from this brand new world.

Shaking her head out of this thoughts, she doesn't want to be sentimental. This is a brand new world, a brand new beginning, she had to be steadfast so she can face the upcoming in the future. Settling down her thoughts she went to her way to the nearest town in the Green Pass Forest, the Mirage Green Town.
