Chapter Thirty Two:
Nico POV You ever get that sinking feeling when you know someone you care about is in danger or hurt? Well, that’s how I and everybody else felt when we got the call from Adam about Rose being rushed to the hospital. I felt my heart plummet and I hardly remember breathing as we drove to the hospital to see Adam and dad slouched over in the hospital waiting room chairs. Dad had his head in hands while uncle Adam had an arm wrapped around his shoulders and had his head leaning on his other hand. None of us said anything as we all walked up to them and brought them in for a hug. I’ve never seen my dad cry in my entire life, today being the only time that I have.
