Phoebe POV A couple months have passed since the whole thing at school happened and it’s the beginning of October, which means that Halloween is almost here and neither I or Rose have a costume yet! Every year, someone from school will always throw this huge Halloween party and invite the entire school who brings their friends and they bring theirs; let’s just say that a lot of people go to this party every year. But I’m more excited about this party because now Rose doesn’t have an excuse to not be able to go with me! So that is what Rose and I are currently arguing about while walking around our first Costume store after school on Friday. She doesn’t work until Monday so I have today and tomorrow to drag her around to all kinds of stores to find costumes and accessories for them. “Stop
