“ Oh, am I interrupting something ?” My mom knows very well she just interrupted us.

Our jackets on the floor, swollen lips and guilty faces, is a give away.

Hell, I have to think about something horrible.. Quickly.

Liv, standing here beside me with her big eyes and her delicious mouth in a pout, don’t make it easy..

“Hey mom” I really try to sound happy to see her.

“ James, I called to tell you I saw Jessica. Warn you actually. Sounds like Aiden left her, now she’s back like nothing ever happened!” my mom is rambling on.

Jessica, that took care of the problem in my pants.

“Mom…”

“Who are you?” my mom tries to be intimidating. She is actually a real softy.

Liv sees right through her and steps forward in confidence to shake her hand.

“ Hello Mrs. O’Brien, I’m Liv Nolan. I’m so pleased to meet you.”

Oh Liv! You just hooked my mother. I smile like a Cheshire cat..

“Oh dearie, call me Lizzy. You are the woman Katie told me about? The one that makes my James’ eyes sparkle again.. I can see, my old James are back”

Now my mom has a Cheshire cat smile. She grabs poor Liv and give her a real mamma hug.

“Mom, you going to crush her.”

“No my boy, if you didn’t crush her up the door I’m in no danger to do it.”

My mother grins at me. She can be naughty sometimes.

Liv blushes profusely and starts to giggle.

Just when I thought I couldn’t fall harder..

“ You saw Jessica? I almost spit in her eye. If we weren’t in public I probably would’ve.”

“Yes, we saw her two nights ago at the pub”

“We? You met her to Liv?” my mother is very wary of Jessica. She knows exactly who and what she is.

“Yes, and let’s just say that she knows where she stands with me.”

Liv answers.

My mother looks nervously at me.

“James you should’ve locked them up. She’s back to make trouble. I can feel it in my bones. You two be careful. That woman can give the devil a run for his money.. Evil cow.”

I look at my mom with shock. She never call people names.. She really is worried.

It makes me uneasy.

“Anyway. I’m off. Katie tells me you going with him to the event tomorrow?” mom ask while she is putting on her jacket and get her handbag.

“Yes, I’m a bit nervous. I’m don’t like attention.” Liv replies. She really looks nervous.

“Nothing to be nervous about, dearie. Smile big and don’t let anyone intimidate you. A lot of those people has more money than brains.”

Liv giggles again. The problem in my pants are starting again.

I wish my mom will vanish. A click of my fingers and proof! I can transport her out of here in a second.

“Well you two enjoy yourselves. Sounds like Katie and your sister has a Johnny Depp date. I have no clue what that means.”

Mom kiss Liv on the cheek. Turns to me and give me a mamma hug, she is giving me her approval..

“Bye you two. Please, do everything I would’ve done… and more…” she winks and she’s gone. Can’t believe she just said that.

The apartment suddenly feels to small..

“Uhm, I think I should go too?” Liv says softly.

“You want to go?” I ask disappointed.

“It’s late already. I have a big day tomorrow. Our sisters has the whole day planned. It actually sounds exhausting.” Liv walks to our jackets on the floor.

I don’t want her to go. I want her here, with me..

I sound like a stalker!

Calm down O’Brien.

Tomorrow… you’ll see her tomorrow. I preach to myself, again.

“I’ll take you. We all need a early night.”

I put on my jacket. Take her hand and off we go..

We stop in front of the B&B.

I look at her, I really don’t want her to go.

“Thank you for today James. Haven’t had a great day like this in a long time.”

I take her hand and kiss her palm.

Swiftly she clips off her seat belt. She takes my face in her hands.

She kisses me, slow salacious kissing. She is savoring me..

Fuck I want this for the rest of my life.

Too soon, she stops and looks me in the eye.

“Sweet dreams James.” She gives me a sexy smile

“After a day like today Sweet, you bet I’m going to have Sweet dreams.”

She gets the pun.

Our day is over..
