Chapter 34: Mia's Breakdown
Avery’s pov: I witnessed Mia silently crying while looking at me with strained eyes. A very tensed vibe filled the atmosphere of the room with the guests watching over the both of us. I stood still, totally blank as I did not know what Mia or Mr Grayson were going to do next. Why was Mia blocking my path? I wanted to go and console Mr Grayson, but Mia would not let me!
