Mallory hurried forward to pick the coral puffballs. “That’s one of the ingredients that can be used in corpse rot poultices.”
Brodie stepped in front of her. “No you don’t. You’ve levelled up more than enough.”
Ryan chuckled. “I bet he won’t be saying that next time he breaks a bone. He’ll be wanting you to get the next rapid mend so he can be healed even faster.”
“I didn’t break the bones. It was that archer.” Brodie picked the four mushrooms and put them in Ryan’s backpack.
Danae glanced around the area. “I really need to travel to Merrow so I can level up my alchemy more.” She gestured towards the moss. “All these ingredients can be turned into potions, salves and ointments and would last a lot longer than storing them fresh, or even dried.”
