KANNA
"What the mother f*****g hell, damn people need to look before backing up." My eye raking my now dented door.
Granted it may not be a hundred-thousand-dollar car, but it was still my car. It got me from point A to point B.
"Well no wonder you can't see you have those big wind shields on."
Who the hell does this bimbo think she's talking too.
"How is this my fault you dumb bitches." I removed my glasses to only glare at the dumb bunches before m.
As soon as I met in contact with somewhat familiar faces I heard my name being spoken, "Kanna."
I couldn't believe what I'm seeing.
"Wait you know her?" That deep husky voice that haunted my dreams ever since I left turned his head to the other man before him, Jack. I haven't seen him in ages. Last, I saw him he was in college finishing up his exams while working for his father. Granted he looks more mature and his body build is more defined. Same goes for Michael, he's not as skinny as I once remembered must be working or something. I must've made an impression seeing they both look like they've seen a ghost. Wait they know each other? I guess considering they ran in the same circles. Damn rich people.
"Kanna." A shocking gasp was heard from none other than me half-sister Dana.
"The one and only." I muttered. "Now let's get this done."
"Are you willing going to pay for the damages on my car?" My head instantly turned to another brunette who I have not seen.
"Excuse me but I think it's the other way around dear." I all but smiled.
"Do you not notice the bump on my car...."
"I had the right of way. It's not my fault you did not see my car coming." I cut her off, "No way in hell I was going to pay for something that was not my fault."
"Do you know who I am or my father for that matter." The brunette stared me down.
"Like I f*****g care."
Suddenly I felt a hard grip on my arm, my eyes following his hand up towards a face I tried so hard to forget, my brother in law.
"Kanna what the hell are you doing here?" He gritted his teeth. His words sounded cold and emotionless. Now that was harsh.
After all these years of not seeing me or him you'd think he would lighten up the mood.
I harshly pulled my arm back, "Nice to see you too dear brother in law." We both had a staring contest and in no way in hell I was backing down.
"Brother in law? Dana is she the tramp you spoke off?" Dana's friend mumbled.
"Tramp, w***e, slut, call her whatever she is it doesn't matter because she will always be one." Dana slammed insult after insult.
I don't care if she is my sister but I will beat that grin of her face if she doesn't back down.
Glaring at the two women and men before me is my worst nightmare.
I got to put an end to that stupid looking grin on her face. "Well Michael did you tell Dana that when she's the one sucking your d**k it's me you see." I smirked.
"Kanna!" Michael barked. While Jack had a look of disbelief. Dana heinous, and the brunette disgusted look on all their faces. Who gives a f**k.
Seconds later after my comeback Dana's grin turned into a scowl. "You f*****g whore." She grabbed my hair and threw me against my car.
I fell hard and hit my head against the pavement. My head now pounding as I felt blood trickled down the side of my face.
Trying to ger up I felt an arm gently helping me up. "I don't need your help." I once again pulled back my arm only for Jack to help me up once again.
Using my sleeves, I wiped my face trying not to cry in the process. These people here don't deserve my tears.
"Jack don't touch her." The nameless girl screamed.
"Kanna, you're bleeding." Michael attempted to wipe the blood of my forehead but with whatever strength I had in me, I pulled back as if their touches literally burned me.
"MIchael!" Dana squealed. "Get away from her." What am I a plague?
I only smirked, "Jealous much?" My hand glided up Michael's arm giving him one of my flirtatious smile. I felt his muscles tense under my touch.
I'm surprise he didn't pull away. Dana's wailing voice became nothing but a whisper. At that moment, for a split second it's like it was just us two that is until Dana forcefully yanked Michael away. "Get your dirty hands off my husband you home wrecker." She shoved me.
After getting a grip and fully rising to my feet Jack looked at his friends, "What the hell are your problems?"
Even if I haven't seen Jack in ages he still defended me which I couldn't help but smirked. "Jack! Get over here now."
Without even looking back at me, he drag his feet away from me and walked himself to the screaming brunette.
Ugh I don't have time for this, checking my watch, I was very late for a meeting. f**k it.
Taking out my wallet I handed them ever so gently my insurance card name and whatever needed. "Call them and we will have this case settled if you wish but in no means, I am not paying for something I hadn't done."
No waiting for anyone else to insult me, I got in my car and went to find a parking spot waiting for them to leave before I got out again.

MICHAEL
The tension in the room was and I mean foggy thick. No one dare to speak of what just happened.
Rather there were questions that ran through my mind. As in since when was she back? Where'd she go? How long was she here in the same state? Why did she only show up now? More importantly how does Jack know her.
All that could be heard was our glasses clinking against the coffee table of my living room.
After our in counter with Kanna we decided to head back to my place to discuss what just happened. Instead we are just sitting around in awkward silence.
"Is anyone going to speak? I'd like some answers now?" Bailey crossed her arms before demanding answers from Jack. "And you what the hell was that all about? Why'd you go and help her?"
"Don't you think you two were harsh on her. I mean come on Dana, you didn't have to pull her hair."
"Are you taking her side? Have you forgotten she hit our car?"
I couldn't say a word. I wanted to know too. "It was my fault actually she had the right of way. I wasn't looking at where I was driving."
Bailey slapped his arm and so did Dana, "Are you taking that bitches side?"
"What no! I mean she..um..I..." Jack stuttered, somethings going on and I intend to find out.
"How do you know Kanna?" I finally found my voice.
We all stared waiting for him to answer, "I tutored her when she was in grade school?"
"But you defended her, you didn't have to defend her." Bailey fumed.
"Come on guys she's just a child?" Jack defended like how a father would defend their kids.
Bailey raised her eyebrow as if she was comprehending his answer. "Jack, she's not a child anymore so stop treating her like one. And if we ever come across her again you better not defend her a second time or else."
Jack gulped before nodding his head nervously. I couldn't help but feel sorry for the poor guy.
As Bailey continued to scold Jack, Dana's head hung low not once saying a word. Her hands were in her lap, while her leg kept on fidgeting. The more I observed her the more she seemed nervous more like rattled.
"Dana." I lightly taped her shoulder. "Honey." Her dark brown chocolate eyes met mine. "What's the wrong?"
"I'm just worried, that she will steal you away again. We made so many progress, Lacy needs you, I need you." She pouted.
Is that what's going through her mind. Pulling her close to me, I wrapped my arms around hers. "You got me and I will not let whatever progress we made be at a lost."
While I comforted her, I couldn't help but think there was more to what she was telling me. But for now, I will leave it at that.
