Awesome was well known in his secondary school days, he had so many people that sees him as a role model, mainly in correspondence with his attitudes. He is loved by all and all teachers saw him as their own child. At ss1, a new student named miracle was addmited into the school in the same class with Awesome, few days Awesome began developing feelings for the said girl, but a particular problem arouse, Awesome never had the courage to walk up to miracle and profess love to her, miracle on the other part had developed feelings for Awesome, but she never wanted him to know about her feelings, she thinks that if she had told Awesome about her feelings that Awesome will play with her heart, she decided to play hard to get before accepting him, Awesome summoned courage one day and went to her, she snubbed him and turned him down, she made life miserable for him, just because she was trying hard to get, not knowing she had crossed the boundary. Miracle continued with this particular act till ss3, two weeks before their graduation ceremony after they had already written their waec examination.
Meanwhile, before their graduation day, Awesome had already made up his mind to let go, because academically he was lacking behind all because of love, "No wonder some people can even kill because of this four lettered word called love, it has the ability and capacity to destroy ones life, bring joy, and cause commotion. Love is blind they said, but also note that love can be dangerous.
Two weeks before their graduation, miracle called Awesome and told him that she had given in to his proposal, Awesome was dumbfounded, he said ok and hanged the call, probably he was thinking of using the opportunity to punish her or to go to her,or to turn her down and tell her he is no longer interested. Awesome really loved her so he decided to let her go.
