I was fuming mad. Not only at the way Erik and his friends treated me and my friends, but at the utter disrespect he showed my brother and his club. Erik knew what we were, and he still chose to be stupid. It’s almost as if he was trying to get Flynn to shift and attack him, exposing all of us to what we were to the whole town.
“Are you good?” Blaze asked as I stormed back to my bike. I nodded, but my demeanor said it all.
“Sure. I just can’t believe how stupid I was for trusting that kid. If it weren’t for the fact that we needed him to testify, I would go off on him and destroy his precious ego,” I replied.
