29 Caden –––––––– BEING AN EARLY riser myself, I rose before Sage and ended up surprising her with breakfast. “You made pancakes?” she asked, beaming a smile at me as I filled our plates. “Yeah. I hope you don’t mind me digging through your cupboards.” “You can dig through anything you want,” she replied as she padded through the kitchen wearing a black tank top and green checkered boxer shorts.
