Chapter SevenThough he could only confirm the existence of two other people on the island — Octavia and Victoria — he had to assume there were others. Somebody had to bring food to the island, cook it all, dispose of trash, maintain the grounds, fix the plumbing, keep the electricity running, deal with heating and air conditioning, repair the machinery, and keep the Internet connection healthy (he learned that the Internet worked fine for Victoria; they only had blocked his access).
