The next morning
The early morning sunlight greets her as she forces her eyes open. She searches the bed with her hand while still having her eyes closed, but she snaps them open when she can't find Nikolai on the bed with her.
"Where did he go?" She asks herself as she quickly sits up on the bed and rubs her face to wipe off the sleep from her eyes. Did he leave again without telling her?
She drags herself sluggishly into the bathroom and slams the door close as soon as she walks inside.
"You're awake?" Her eyes widen as she snaps her head to see Nikolai standing naked with his body dripping wet. How come she didn't know that he was inside the bathroom?
