Chapter 59
Sitting on the chair with his legs on the desk while having his attention on the book in his hand, Vitya tries to get himself distracted, but the more he tries, the more it looks like it's not going to work. For days, he has been thinking of Zia. He has been asking himself so many questions and even until now, he hasn't found any right answer to them yet.
Taking a deep breath, he drops the book on the desk, and stands up to his feet, strolling down to the window side afterward. It's already late in the morning, and he's supposed to be in the stables, feeding his horse, but he doesn't feel like going out. This has been happening repeatedly for days now, and he can't help it.
Staring out through the window, too many thoughts runs through his mind. 'Am I doing the right thing?
