The sound of laughing rattled the night as the bandits gathered around Zoey who sat on the floor, clutching her broken arm. “What's the matter, sweetie? Hope my question doesn't scare you?” the tall man holding the gun said, reaching his fingers closer to touch Zoey's cheek.
