DI ROSA RISTORANTE We reconvened at di Rosa Ristorante as the sun was setting over the rust-colored stone buildings surrounding this piazza. The dozen or so tables that crowded the intimate space in the interior were lit by the dim light of sconces on the walls, muted more by the faded colors of the sweeping murals on the walls that seemed to drink in and soften the bare light that suffused the space. We chose the outdoor space, wanting to take advantage of the soft evening air, and we were quick about it since only one table for four remained to be had. The tiny party lights that snaked randomly among the tables of all the cafés surrounding the cobblestone piazza shown more brightly as the rays of the sun faded behind the buildings, casting a delightful glow on the crowded tables fillin
