“Are you coming, then?” Chau asked excitedly, brushing stray locks of hair out of her eyes. The blue dye was beginning to fade and you could see the dark roots of her hair taking over. The dark richness of it reminded Cadence a bit too much of Lorelei who she preferred to avoid more these days than she had before. Cadence was restocking her shelf of Protection potions and she paused what she was doing to turn and look at Chau. “To see the Crypt Bangers?” Chau nodded. “We went last weekend, but that was to make sure the Cyhyraeth didn’t hurt anyone, we didn’t really get to enjoy it.” That much was true. Cadence remembered hearing the Crypt Bangers for the first time in Spellbound. It was only a week ago now, but it felt like so much more time had passed by. The voice of the main singer
