“New York City is gripped by torrential rainfall. Will it ever stop? The storm drains are full causing severe flooding to roads and subways have had to close. The city has never seen so much rain – over nine inches, which beats the last known record back in 2011 of eight inches since records began a hundred and twenty-five years ago. The NYPD and fire departments are inundated with emergency calls and the city is falling into chaos. We have Dan Dander out on the Manhattan streets this morning with his report on the escalating situation. Dan, can you tell us exactly what’s going on out there?
