first project at Rey's and meeting his father
"Thanks for the ride," I said, whilst alighting from Kellen's car. He chuckled, then zoomed off leaving me on the terrace of Rey's house. My gaze roamed around the building with a lush garden at the side. Roses and carnation flowers lined the perfect lawn in their wooden boxes- their hues so close, yet unique. Unlike mine, which had grown so out of hand since my father, the only person mowing as well as trying his hand in gardening, wasn't around. This was my second time being here. I had enough time to survey my surroundings, unlike last week when I was filled with pain. I flexed my right ankle which had healed two days prior.
