Kaltain Leiya My eyes shot open. Beads of sweat were gathered around my neck and on my temple. It didn't take me long to realize I was having a nightmare. I let out a small sigh as I turned to face the window. The full moon was high up in the sky indicating it was the middle of the night. The horrific images of my dream seeped into my thoughts. My father and mother, lying in a pool of their blood. What was scarier was Nayla lying beside them, also in a pool of blood. Her blood. It sent chills down my spine.
