Puppy whimpers filled the cavern and greeted us as we slowly awoke from our sleep. Looking over at Remiel, who took the entire night watch instead of just first shift, he didn't look tired in the slightest. He held two little pups in his hands as he cooed at them and kissed their little heads. One was pure white, one was white with a black face and black socks on his feet. Doom lazily looked up at him as she rolled over and kissed her pups. Ruby and Amelia rushed over to greet the new arrivals, both giggling as they each grabbed Dooms last two puppies, one was brindle and oddly matched Ruby, the other was shy with one blue eye and one green. It was as if Doom had puppies to match with each of us.
