We followed the corridors according to the map and finally made it through to the Lake. Behemoth was no where to be seen.
"Wooo! We did it guys! And to boot, he's not here! Finally our luck is turning!" Ruby fist pumped the air.
We all sank to the ground in relief. It really did feel as if luck was on our side for once. The Lake was gorgeous, lush trees surrounded the crystal clear water as a waterfall cascaded peacefully over the landscape. It was hard to imagine we were in Hell when we were surrounded by such breathtaking beauty.
"Now we just need to find earth's portal," Malek muttered under his breath.
Stepping to the edge of the Lake, we could see outlines of different portals, each open and displaying a sneak peek of the world it contained behind them. Some held barren landscap
