Faith feels shattered. She looks around at Jade, but can't react due to the sedative. Tears fall from her eyes as she thinks she must be strong, that she has to be a warrior woman and avenge her baby's death, retrieve Dean, and not let anyone stand in her way.
She's also worried about Joshua. She knows his temper and knows he won't sit still. But she was afraid something might happen to him, that he wouldn't think clearly and might do something reckless that could even lead to his death.
Meanwhile, Joshua is with Maick, who will be discharged in two days. He tells Maick he needs his help now more than ever, that their first objective is to get their son back and then deal with those responsible.
