Love has no expiration date

Chapter 6: "Weekend with friends 3/3"

   When we get up at 8 a.m. We went downstairs for breakfast and since there was no one there, we prepared it ourselves. We had breakfast orange squeezed and bread with Nutella. By God I love Nutella, and apparently my cousins do too.

   I love to say cousins, by God I have cousins and I feel like a child with his favorite toy.

How nice that you compare your cousins with a toy.

   It's a way of saying Roberta.

"Girls, I think we have to be cooks" Abi says with her mouth full. "What do you say Sofi?" she nods and Abi turns her gaze to me. "What do you say Bella?" I nod too.

   When we finish breakfast we wash everything and go upstairs to change. Today is going to be a knowledgeable day.

   I put on a white muscle bag, a light blue shorts, an old pink bag and a white converse. Abi put on an almost white light blue folded jean, a flowery strapless T-shirt, a thigh-length bag, and white converse. And Sofi put on a high-waisted white shorts, a flowery strap top, a gray long-sleeved jacket up to the thigh, and sandals.

   When we are about to leave, Emma calls us.

"Girls, where are you going?" question.

"We were going to go for a walk Ma, Izzy doesn't know the city" Sofi answers.

"Well go, take the card and buy dresses for dinner that I want to present to someone. Don't be late and I love you".

   Is that someone the man Nana told me about?

And if silly.

   And Roberta came back. Calladita you look prettier.

I know that it is not.

   Well, shut up anyway.

Well.

   After walking around the city and buying dresses, also shoes, we went back to the house. When we change we look at each other in the mirror.

   I have a burgundy dress down to the bottom of the train, with a closed back with a closure at the top and an open triangle below. I also have some beautiful board tacos. Sofi has a pink thigh-length dress, with the torso in silver stones. Open back with a pair of stones as straps. It has white studs with a golden chain. And Abi has a plain thigh-length black dress, her heels are black with gold straps.

   When we go down there is a girl and a man turned around, the man is in a suit and the girl has an outfit very similar to Abi's. Looking at Aunt Emma well, I see that she has a long white dress covering her shoes.

"Oh there are my girls," says Aunt Emma when we finish going down the stairs.

   When the girl and the man turn around I was shocked.

"You?" we asked at the same time, I think I'm loving being here.

"Emma!"

"Bella!"

   We say or rather we shout at the same time, I can't believe that my best friend from Argentina is here with me and on top of that it will be like a kind of cousin. Her black hair is now shoulder-length and looks very cute on her.

"What are you doing here?" we ask at the same time.

"I'm Abi and Sofi's cousin, I found out yesterday and I didn't have time to tell you".

"I am apparently her new sister, I hope they accept me" she tells me the last thing in a whisper.

   Everyone watches the scene carefully, as if we were from a circus.

"Are we from a circus or do we have monkeys on our faces?" we say at the same time and no one avoided laughing.

"Hi, I'm Abi and she is my sister Sofi" she says taking a step towards Emma.

"I'm Emma, nice to meet you".

"So mom, do you have a boyfriend?" Sofi asks looking at her mother.

"He's actually my fiancé".

   The four of us were shocked by what they just said, Martin Echeverría and Emma Collins together, married.

Committed.

   But they are getting married.

"What?!" Emma, Abi and Sofi ask at the same time.

"What?" I say later, still did not react.

   After dinner and all the talks, because if we talk a lot of different things to get to know each other well, apparently everyone gets along better, although in reality no one got on badly at any time. Emma is coming to the same boarding school as us, but it will be in another room. The girls seem to get along very well and I'm glad, from not having cousins I went on to have three of one, and on top of that one of them has been my best friend for years.

   Now we are packing to go back to boarding school and Emma is already coming with us, so pack too. We continue as in a kind of shock, the day I was going to talk to her I didn't do it and then I find her here, I can't believe it.
