Just when we are having a nice chat, I get a mind link from Lucas.
Lucas: "I'm sorry Alpha, but I have bad news. On my way to the dining room."
"This better be top priority Lucas, if not, I'm gonna beat the s**t out of you!" I respond irritated.
I quickly look at Haily, but she didn't get anything. I don't know what is wrong, but I don't want Haily to worry.
"Liv, Lucas is on his way. If he's here, get her to go get some more food." I order.

Not much later, Lucas enters. Fortunately, Liv doesn't have to make an effort to get Haily along. When she asks if someone is going with her, she immediately bites.
