“Madam Peregrine?”
It was the recently promoted monitor, nervously twisting her shock-prod. Glad of the diversion, Peg paused on the way to her office. While named after the raptor, perched on her stilettos the gregarious Madam Peregrine resembled more of an inky flamingo: tall and slender with modest breasts but a remarkably bulbous butt.
An exotic mix of Asian and Caribbean breeding made her skin almost as dark as her straight sable hair and classic black mini-dress. Contrastingly, oversize almond eyes and pearly-perfect teeth competed with her heavily jeweled rings, earrings and necklace for brilliance. Not sparing her sparkle even with a possibly erring employee, Peg poured on the warmth.
