“Pug, Pog, go catch that woman.”
There is nothing that Ryu can do as Pig ordered Pug and Pog to catch Tessa. Ryu knows that there is no way for him to stop them while protecting Tessa at the same time. Tessa also realized the condition that is not favorable for them.
She looked at Ryu who is having a complicated expression and made her decision.
Tessa immediately let go of Ryu’s hand and pushed him away as she approached the infamous trio.

Ryu is taken aback by Tessa’s action. He never thinks that Tessa will do something like that. Although he himself knows that he is powerless, he still wanted to protect her.
