Uri walked in and got into bed. He kissed me and pushed my head down. I took him and, to my surprise, he came immediately. He kissed me for a long time, then said, “Thank you, Professor,” while winking at me. Udi and Lisa had made brunch, and we joined them. All looked good, and yet there was something in the air. I didn’t know what was going on, but it looked like Lisa knew. I hated this, the not knowing, the anticipation of the unknown. I made myself toast with avocado, a few slices of tomato, and black olives. I went to grab a drink, but my little toast disappeared. Uri looked at me with an impish smile.
