When Megan finally opened her eyes again, Liam sat right beside her hospital bed, exhaustion heavy in his gaze. The second he saw she was awake, a sharp edge of irritation crossed his features, and the first thing out of his mouth was blame. "Look at you. Do you even act like a proper society wife anymore?
