Phone chimed, Sonia ’s.
“What, Leo was at the party? What could he be doing there? Aria, are you sure of what you are telling me?”
“I also heard that one of the culprits was apprehended according to the report. You can go to the NYPD to confirm it yourself.”
“We wait for his [the culprit] confession sooner. Turn on your TV. The news is all over the channels and social media. He is yet to review who hired them.”
“Dad, the culprits that invaded my kidnap, one of them has been arrested and will face interrogation tomorrow.” her shoulder relaxed and smile couldn't escape her face. “And also Leo was found drinking with them,” she continued.
The culprit was handcuffed and was brutally beaten by the police officers and was told to be interrogated the next day. Sonia 's father failed to respond to what Sonia said about his representative.
By the door was Leo's mother, she heard everything Sonia was discussing with her father.
Breaking News: “The culprit who was arrested yesterday at the party and was to be interrogated today has kicked the bucket! Sad!”
A conference call between Aria, Leo, and Sonia .
“Uh, Sonia , you heard the mischievous news this morning?” Aria asked
“This is unbelievable! The police officers have to do a thorough investigation on that. Maybe the person he could have exposed has bargained with one of the officers to murder him.” A masculine voice said.
“Yes, of course. I'm just speechless. They didn't allow the intruder to bring their evil doings to justice.” Sonia responded.
I'm coming guys, “who is that?” Someone is at my door. She couldn't believe her eyes, he was the least person she was expecting after what he did to her.
“Justice, what are you doing here? Did you miss your way?” She pushed the door to knock him out but he couldn't allow her, “I want us to talk, Sonia .” She was frustrated and at the same time wanted to hear what he had to say.
“Please guys, I will leave now, bye.”
“Okay, hope no problem,” Aria asked.
“No, not at all.”
Bethel said, “Who is that?” ever ready looking out for his sister. He couldn't hear from her, he watched as his phone call ended.
Sonia was demure and waited to hear from him, “I'm all ears”.

He agreed to wait for her to freshen up
She agreed to come with him because he has a good heart. Justice wanted to make a statement but was hooked by Sonia . “Before you continue, hope your fiance hasn't returned from overseas?”
“Fiance? Who told you that? I don't have one.” He defended himself.

Hav… he was interrupted by the waiter. “What can we offer you Sir?”
“Ladies first!” She beamed and arm relaxed as he made the comment.
“What do you care for?” The waiter asked, turning to her.
“You were about to say something before the waiter interrupted.” Sonia reminded him.
“Yes, you're right.” You said all men are the same and I was about to ask if you have tested me before the interruption.
Wait wait, she chuckled, “tested you? I don't have to. You guys are on the same train.”
“If I'm in the train that means you are the power engine, without you the train can't move.”

“Less I forget, why are we here?” You said you have something important to tell me.

“Sonia , tell me about the kidnap, were they brought to justice or they escaped? Justice Carmel continued.

What could be the problem, the way he sounded was unlike him, I will find out tomorrow.

“What's the meaning of this, Justice? You kept me here all alone! Don't try this next time.” He warned.
“So sorry buddy,” the traffic was so bad that he couldn't make it as promised. It was so hectic that he wanted to park his car and walk down..
“You know what, take whatever you want, bills on me.” Bethel chuckled, “yo that's my nigga”
He didn't hesitate to try other varieties of food and drink, of course he likes food. After devouring the food and drinks on the table, he then realised there was a reason while they were seated.
“I'm satisfied now, we can talk. Your sins have been forgiven. Go and Sin no more my brother.” Both chuckled!
“It's actually your sister.” He said faced the downside fearfully.
“My sister?! What happened to her?” Bethel's heart raced and he picked up his suit to leave immediately.
“Bruh calm down, where're you rushing to? nothing bad happened to her, just that I don't know what has come over her or where she heard it from”
Bethel was a bit upset, he didn't want to hit the nail on the head, “you made my mind race, imagine if I could have BP,” he touched his chest to be relieved. “If you're not ready to tell me, let us go home. What has come over her?”
She has been saying “fiance,” when will his fiance come back, and he has been thinking about it.
“Are you sure you don't have a girlfriend somewhere?”

The only answer he could offer to him as a friend was “go to my sister and ask her.”

Leo and Lucia, her mum, agreed to meet up at a big resort in Canada. He was at the resort waiting for the arrival of her mum. His phone pinged and he didn't hesitate to pick up his phone.
“Mum, where are you? I don't have much time, please.” Leo's mum arrived at the facility a few minutes after the call dropped.
“Leo, my son, I want to ask you a question and I need a sincere answer.”
He stared at her “what's that? please sit.”
“Were you at the InterContinental New York Barclay hotel?” Even though she knew her son, she still went ahead to ask him to clear her curiosity.
“Yes, I was there. Why are you sounding as if you don't know the plans?”
“Seeing you together with those hoodlums wasn't the plan. You have to do something about that. Rumor has it that you were at the hotel drinking and eating with them. How can you do such a thing? If you know what to do, just do it. Make sure you clear your name.”
“Yeah, I will, but I want to discuss something very pivotal with you. You know how I want to own more shares of that company, and that little girl, what is that her name again, Sonia abi what. She has been the lion in my den although she is not the bone of contention, her father is.
“What do you mean? Someone that can't bathe himself; that can't work with his two legs.” Lucia was curious and trying to understand what he meant.
Since Carmel is still alive he owns the major shares of the company fellow by his daughter before getting to the secretary. So he was planning on murdering the lion.
“If I could only eliminate him, others are toys. So mum I want you to poison him.”
“Are you out of your mind? You are insane.”
“Mum, you don't understand. We can be the biggest billionaires ever. And you will live in your dream apartment. You can get them all by yourself, so you have to help us achieve this.”
She left without saying a word to him. She boarded a flight back to New York city.
“Dude, I was told; rumor has it that I was with them eating and drinking and I have been thinking on what to do. I was suggested to go live on social media.”
“How do you plan on doing that? When you're fully involved.” His friend on the other end said.
He wrecked his head, “I know what to do.” He planned to go live but to lie about his location. “I will lie about my location when the incident happened"
Yeah, that's a better option. If possible do it right away!
Bethel arrived home, picked up his phone and dialed Sonia 's number after taking his shower.
“Sonia meet me at our daily routine sit out” - Bethel said
“Is there a problem? You're good?”
“No, there's no problem. Let's meet at the haven, so that we can discuss.”
“You can tell me here on the phone.”
“It's not something we could talk on the phone.”

“It's fine. Don't bother.” He slacks off.
“Okay don't worry I will come.”
They showed up at haven, their daily routine. A calm and a quiet place to have a good time. There was also a spy monitoring them.
