Chapter 24 – Running Away with Him

“What do you want from us?”
Calvin’s voice is clear and calm when he says those words. I find it amusing that he can still be the same cold man that he usually is in this situation.
I can’t find myself behaving the same. Pissing my pants as I stuttered might be the only future that I can have if I was left alone with these people.
“Sean is calling you. You’re a teacher, right? Then better act that way instead of a sprinter who runs like a dog. I sweat a lot the first time we met and doing it again is the last thing that I wanted in this life…”
The man, who seems to be the leader of this group, has finally reached our location. He looks like an average goon that no one wanted to see at night. Well, and a talkative one at that.
