She opened her eyes with a gasp. “No, no, please!” She screamed as she sat up. “Honey,” Her mother exclaimed, rushing towards her. Hadassah looked around at the unfamiliar room and at her mother, who was watching her with concern. She looked at her hands and saw that fluid was being passed into her body through an IV drip. “Mum?” She echoed and her mother touched her face gently, with tears streaming down hers. “What am I doing in the hospital, mum? What happened to me?” Her mother began to sob softly as she drew her into a gentle embrace. “You're fine, sweetheart. You'll be okay.” She consoled. Hadassah's eyes began to spin and she desperately wanted to lie back down on the bed. Her mother noticed and gently lowered her back to the bed. She shut her eyes tightly, trying to cont
