Like connected souls

After getting his treatment done the crown prince headed to his room,he of all people believed in his father's legacy that "A king should protect not be protected." So he is not ready to let that legacy die.

Since he was in no mood.,he skipped his dinner and went to sleep

In the morning several ladies entered his room to dress him,when he came out of his chamber he wore a silver gown and his round hat,coming outside many ladies blushed and murmured on his beauty, the kid looked like a god,well, except for his arrogance.

He walked to the dining and had his morning meal followed by a walk around the palace and after he went to the study for the royal teaching .

By the afternoon he prepared for his shooting practice,his trainings were done perfectly and so was his morning routine .

" Your highness . " So Dong called making Tae Yoon to look at him and aimlessly shoot in his verge of anger.

So Dong sighed to Tae Yoon's arrogance and walked to the prince

" Your majesty has requested for the crown prince . "So Dong said after respectfully bowing his head .

Crown prince Tae Yoon ignored him and set his bow and arrow for one last shot

" Bulls Eye . " he said after he his shot landed perfectly in the middle of the shooting board.

Crown prince Tae Yoon , So Dong , and all of Tae Yoon's royal maids headed to the king's chamber .

When they arrived the only one who went in was the crown prince living all the ladies outside to gossip between themselves.

When he entered the two doors he bowed his head to the king before elegantly sitting down , looking at his grandfather he pretended as if he didn't see the other man who had bowed to him and as if he didn't know what was happening.

At a slight glance of the man who bowed at him , he could tell the man was a skilled fighter and a way handsome one for that , but Tae Yoon's decision still remained the same , he didn't want a bodyguard because he didn't need one .

" Grandson Tae Yoon . " the old king yelled as if reprimanding Crown prince Han Tae Yoon for his arrogant behaviour , the king breathed before he spoke in a serious business tone

" This is Kim Ji Hoon , the best swordsman in the whole of Joseon , and your new right hand man . " his grandfather spoke "I don't need a ...." he started saying but his grandfather interrupted him completely ignoring his past protest . "From now on , wherever you will be he will follow , he will protect you from harm's way . " The king spoke as if he was speaking to the Crown prince but really he was talking to the army soldier standing behind them .Kim Ji Hoon seemed to have gotten the news and respectfully bowed his head ( Agreeing )

"Grand ...." he tried again " My decision is made ., Tae Yoon, and nothing can change it . " The king said and in a as a matter of fact tone before getting up to go to his bedroom ( The room behind the first room . ")

Tae Yoon got up and stormed off but Ji Hoon followed , he stopped by the first exit door and looked at the man behind him ., Ji Hoon was handsome , so very handsome for that he looked like some hotshot superstar., with his looks of dark moonlight , his sharp nose and his tough jawline not to mention his ponytail hair that made him want to touch the man's hair unfold and make it all messy , the prince thinned his lips before quickly snapping back to reality and shaking his head ( Getting rid of his dirty thoughts,Haha.) and turning around to continue walking.

" What the heck was that ? ,No , I must get rid of this man if I ever want my father's legacy to live on.. he thought before bringing off a brand goodish smile ( Something he did when he got some stupid idea he thought was intelligent . )

"Right.... " he said agreeing with the little genius ( not ) idea he thought of .

'Now let me see how long you'd want to stay as my guard after this . ' he said to himself before putting both of his hands behind his back and seriously walking off ,from afar you'd think he was some serious looking crown prince minding his own business , Many people do not know his true attitude , a serious looking crown prince on the outside but a brand i***t in the inside .

" Right " Tae Yoon spoke and turned to look at his handsome guard , his lips thinned again when he looked at the amazing looking man behind him ( not the point . ) he said reminding himself

"If you want to be my guard , then you have to pass my three test . " Tae Yoon said in a serious tone making Hoon's eyes narrow for a second before bringing off his indifferent expression

"Your highness . " Ji Hoon said and bowed his head ( A sign to show that he is ready to do whatever the crown prince would ask of him ) ,

" Good . " Tae Yoon said in a challenging tone and the two males walked to the training ground.

"Is there anything you ask of me to do ? " Ji Hoon asked behind the male prince .

It took an i***t not to know the crown prince was planning on making him leave , Yoon thought about it for a while before he began to splutter nonsense

" Since you are my guard now , were like connected souls . . . " Tae Yoon trailed off and continued saying his made up nonsense

" If I die , you die . so I want to test the level of your patience and self esteem as your first test . " Tae Yoon said and sat down on the kings chair at the top stairs below was the training ground

" For your first test you will have to squat in the middle of the training ground for five hours , if you fail to do so then you yourself will have to resighn since you haven't succeeded in showing your royalty to the future king. " TaeYoon sputtered and fixed his Rone making a perfect future pose on the chair .

Ji Hoon bowed his head before heading down to the training ground he walked in the middle of the training ground where the view was absolutely perfect for the crown prince's watch and squatted , the royal maids murmured among themselves in shock

Since Crown Prince Han Tae Yoon was confident that Hoon wouldn't be able to do it he said

" Hwa Joon . " The prince called the old lady who served him and the woman rushed to his side

"Keep count and keep watch , if he moves , alarm me . " the crown Prince said and Hwa Joon bowed ******
