The first thing Hera did was to bring back the jogging at the start of the day. Of course, as she expected, she received groans and complaints about that, and if she was just a simple girl who would be sorry and down because of that, she might have been crying on the side because of the lack of participation and support she was getting from her co-trainees.
But that was where she found her friends useful. Andrea and Leira, to say the least, were the most powerful trainees among the other agents. So to say that she made them help her, especially Andrea, to persuade her co-trainees to follow Hera's orders while top agent Reign wasn't still present.
