Blearily I moved my head, and a single tear slipped from my eye , winding its way down my cheek. Stefano froze, eyes following that tear as if it was the end of his world as he knew it. “My god.” He fell to his knees, naked and smelling of soap. Fingers brushing across my cheeks. “Baby did I hurt you?” His face crumpled , as if the weight of what had just happened between us had just hit him.
