Julian's POV She left at six AM on a Sunday. I drove her to the airport. Elise was still asleep, and Elena was coming at seven to stay until I got back. Nadia had checked her bag three times the night before and checked it once more at the door while I waited with her carry-on. In the car, she was quiet.
