I parked my car ,then went inside the hall room , then I started my interview process and as finally able to select the first member for my band his name was Edward , he had looks ,passion ,dedication and was a fresh blood , he could be one of the best member in my band . Rest were good to but I wanted a team of best five ,one member I have already got rest three I need cuz one of them will be me .
I went to him to ask if he has someone in his contact as it would help me a lot if i could get more talented people easily and in a way i will be able to start my work as soon as possible and there will be no wasting of time everyday interviewing the freshers as it is the most hectic work to do .
