I slept like a baby that night with Reed. I woke up while he was trying to get out of bed, hoping not to wake me up. Unfortunately, he did.
“Sorry,” he said in a whisper, tapping the side of my cheeks lightly.
“Where are you going?” I asked before giving out a yawn. I made sure to cover my mouth with the blanket. This guy had super senses. It would be a total turn-off if he smelled my bad breath in the morning.
“I’ll be jogging around the property, exercise. Sleep for a few more minutes. It’s still five in the morning.
“No, I want to exercise too.” Of course, I was lying. I do not exercise. I just don’t want to be left alone in this room.
“Are you sure?” Reed was skeptical.
