Tanya’s POV The morning was oddly beautiful, the birds chirped with so much enthusiasm and the dew that rested on the plants was too fresh. I could feel deep in me that there was something off about it. Stepping out of Moonlight Haven to begin my day, I noticed the usually quiet streets were unusually quiet, I began to wonder what was wrong. On reaching school, the same thing was happening. Was there a holiday I didn’t know about? The school environment was scanty; there were no students. I stood still for about ten minutes impatiently looking around to see if anyone would walk through the gate, when there was no sign of anybody, I walked out of the gate.
