It had been almost a week since I saw him and I missed him terribly, my whole being yearned for him almost as if the other part of me was with him but wait it was. In order not to allow him to cloud my thoughts and make myself more miserable, I swamped myself with work at the lab.
I began mixing the chemicals I took from Ethan. I tried to be as careful as I could because they were dangerous. It took me the whole day to be able to decipher when to add which. I heard footsteps approaching and I gasped, no one was supposed to be there.
