It was already high noon and Eli’s stomach grumbled from lack of protein. “Do you think we will find some wild rabbits here?” he wondered out loud. Aliyah was following him. They were tasked to find some food on the island while the others were fishing on the sea. The storm had calmed down and most of the servants had gone with Ahmed to set sail to the southern islands. They agreed that it was better for one ship to sail out. For Ahmed to find help than risk everyone’s safety.
