Kate’s condition was getting worse. I was running out of time.
We should have carried out the ritual by now if she hadn’t escaped and I have searched everywhere I could within the North, but I haven’t seen her.
“Alpha Rory, there’s no news about Luna Claire’s whereabouts,” Danielle reported, and I slammed the documents hard on the table.
“What about Alpha Ethan?”
“He said she didn’t come to his pack.”
“Then where would she be!” I yelled, pushed the desk forward angrily, and stood facing the window.
“We need to find her, Danielle, I don’t care where you have to go or how long it is going to take, you have to find her and bring her to me!” I ordered.
“Yes, Alpha.”
“We will keep searching.”
