They were all sprawled in the large room in the basement when Bear and I came back down the stairs. Caleb looked a little disturbed and I wondered what they had talked about.
After a brief moment, they went back to discussing the different avenues we could take to flush out and shut down this little operation that Liz had. Jacob felt like we should give Matt a chance to gain some intel. Caleb thought we should just go in and randomly start burning places to the ground. Considering he almost lost his wolf, I understood his position.
Bear started talking and everyone listened.
“I think we need to go in as new buyers interested in Liz’s product. I think a team of three, me, Lexi and Tank. And I think, as an incentive, we offer to turn over Lexi.”
