I got up the next morning feeling better than I did the night before. Luke had insisted that Dr. Mack take a look at me the night before and, in the nicest way possible, he told Luke to chill out. I was still healing.
Luke had gone down to his office early this morning and I decided to let Kya run. I knew we were still healing but I thought the fresh air would do both of us good. I always felt better when I was exercising, anyway, and I wanted some of the skin that was starting to scar to stretch and smooth out.
